Management Committees and Task Forces

Management Committees

The Governing Board may create Management Committees to address organisational issues and make technical recommendations. Management Committees are composed exclusively of senior officials from the Member Organisations.

Current examples of Management Committees include a Membership Committee, which advices the Governing Board and the General Assembly on new membership applications, and a Membership Fees Committee.

Task Forces

The Governing Board may also create Task Forces to deal with specific issues related to the activities of Science Europe. Task Forces have clearly defined objectives and usually a short to mid-term duration. At the moment we have a Task Force for the revision of the Roadmap.
