Science Europe mourns Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth II

Science Europe pays a tribute to the life of Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth II.

Science Europe joins the world in mourning the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth II on Thursday 8 September 2022 afternoon.

We will remember her as an extraordinary leader and much-respected constant through 70 years of social and economic changes. Her courage and devotion to serving her country was a source of great strength to many.

We stand with her family and with all those who grieve her especially our UKRI colleagues.
